THE GRAND PRIZE FOR THE WINNING FOURSOME IS AN ALL-EXPENSES-PAID TRIP!

The winning foursome of the Sportsmanship Classic receives:

• Entry into the Underdog Kiawah Island Invitational taking place October 2-5, 2025 in Kiawah Island, SC
• An all-expenses-paid golf trip! (travel, lodging, golf)
• Lodging in the Kiawah Island Golf Resort Villas
• Three rounds of golf (including the famous Ocean Course)
• Welcome reception with drinks and hors d’oeuvres
• Premium gift bags for each member
  • The winning foursome members of the Underdog Kiawah Island Invitational will each receive $5,000 in Underdog bonus credits.
  • The foursome members that beat ‘Team Underdog’ will each receive $500 in bonus credits.

Drinks, Snacks, Games Throughout the Course & Post-Round Dinner Provided

We hope you will join us for the fifth annual Sportsmanship Classic golf tournament on Saturday, July 19 at Forest Park Golf Course! Tee time is 1:30 p.m. and the entry cost is $125 per player ($500 for a foursome). The 4-person scramble event features prizes and side games on the course.  Entry fees include drinks, snacks and games throughout the day, plus a post-round dinner. 

All proceeds benefit the Carl Fricks Sportsmanship Scholarship, the Sports Commission Associates’ signature program. The scholarship is awarded annually to local high school seniors who display extraordinary sportsmanship — in 14 years 72 students have received more than $237,000.

REGISTRATION

To reserve your foursome or sign up to play, please complete the form below. Payments can also be made via Venmo @ STLSportsFoundation. Please be sure to include a note that the payment is for the Sportsmanship Classic Golf Tournament, as well as the main contact for your foursome if you are paying individually.

All electronic payments (the form below or Venmo) will incur a $15 fee for foursomes and a $3 fee for individuals to cover credit card processing fees. This will allow the scholarship to keep all proceeds from the event. If you would like to avoid fees, you may send a check made payable to St. Louis Sports Foundation to 308. N 21st Street, Suite 500, St. Louis, MO 63103.
