TICKETING UPDATES ANNOUNCED FOR THE EVENT

ST. LOUIS – May 11, 2021 – The U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Gymnastics, scheduled for June 24-27, 2021 in St. Louis, will now be held at The Dome at America’s Center. Previously, the event was to take place at Enterprise Center, where it was sold out. However, current arena capacity limits and other COVID-related challenges necessitate the change in venue.

Because of the facility change and the continued need to operate at a reduced capacity, tickets previously purchased for the U.S. Olympic Team Trials at Enterprise Center cannot be fulfilled as planned. As a result, all ticketholders will have their ticket order refunded, and those who wish to attend the event at the Dome will have the opportunity to purchase again.

Existing ticketholders will receive priority through an exclusive pre-sale, until tickets are sold out. Instructions for purchasing tickets will be emailed directly to them prior to the end of May. If tickets are still available after this priority pre-sale, they will go on sale to the general public in early June.

Tickets previously purchased through Ticketmaster and Fevo will automatically be refunded. Refunds may take up to 15 days to process. Ticketholders who purchased through another point of purchase should contact the vendor directly to receive a refund.

“Like so much of this past year, we know that these COVID-related changes are disruptive to fans and ticketholders,” said Li Li Leung, president and chief executive officer of USA Gymnastics. “Nonetheless, we are looking forward to offering fans the chance to see the Trials live and to celebrate so many of our disciplines and community in person this summer.

The St. Louis Sports Commission is partnering with USA Gymnastics to host the U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Gymnastics. The men’s and women’s gymnastics teams for the Tokyo Olympic Games (scheduled for July 23 through Aug. 8, 2021) will be named in St. Louis at the conclusion of the Trials.

“We look forward to making the Trials the best experience possible for the athletes and fans, in the safest manner possible,” said Chris Roseman, vice president of the Sports Commission. “We are grateful to have the opportunity to work with USA Gymnastics once again, and we look forward to working with all of our partners and local gymnastics community to deliver an exceptional event in June.”

As operational plans for the new venue are solidified, USA Gymnastics will continue to work closely with the St. Louis Sports Commission, Explore St. Louis (operator of The Dome at America’s Center), and local public health officials to publish final COVID-related protocols and directives to help keep all involved safe.

During the week of the U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Gymnastics, St. Louis will also host the 2021 USA Gymnastics Championships, which feature more than 1,600 of the nation’s best gymnasts in acrobatic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, and trampoline and tumbling. Held at the America’s Center Convention Complex and the Dome June 21-27, the seven-day national championships include both Junior Olympic and elite levels for all three disciplines. The championships also serve as the Olympic selection event for rhythmic gymnastics. The 2021 National Congress and Trade Show will also be held as planned at the America’s Center Convention Complex.
