ST. LOUIS – February 5, 2026 – The St. Louis Sports Commission will host the 2026 Biz Dash 5K presented by World Wide Technology on Thursday, May 7 from 5 to 9 p.m. in Downtown St. Louis. The Biz Dash annually brings thousands from the region’s business community together for an event that combines health and fitness with a spirited happy-hour vibe, known as “St. Louis’ Healthiest Happy Hour”.
Registration for the 2026 Biz Dash opens on Monday, February 16. Companies of all sizes are encouraged to register teams, with runners and walkers of all levels welcome. Companies may register an unlimited number of employees. Individuals may also participate by registering on the St. Louis Sports Foundation team.
Now in its 11th year, the Biz Dash has welcomed more than 50,000 total registrants, including a record 7,600 participants representing 260 companies and organizations in 2025. The 2026 edition begins with the opening of the Spectrum Team Village (on Lou Fusz Plaza at Energizer Park) at 5 p.m. on May 7. The 5K race will start at 7 p.m., traveling through the heart of Downtown St. Louis, passing by Union Station, Stifel Theatre, Citygarden, Busch Stadium, Kiener Plaza, and with spectacular views of the Gateway Arch at sunset.
