Big Ten Conference Bringing Women’s Soccer Tournament to CITYPARK in Downtown St. Louis

October 17, 2024 – The 2024 Big Ten Women’s Soccer Tournament semifinals and championship match will be held at CITYPARK in Downtown St. Louis on Nov. 7 & 10, the conference announced Thursday.  It will be the first time that St. Louis hosts a Big Ten conference event.

Both semifinals (Nov. 7 at 2 and 4:30 p.m. CT) and the final (Nov. 10 at Noon CT) will be televised live on Big Ten Network and the FOX Sports app.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Big Ten Conference to St. Louis and look forward to hosting one of the preeminent postseason women’s soccer tournaments in the country,” said St. Louis Sports Commission President Marc Schreiber.  “Come November, St. Louis sports fans will have the chance to experience this showcase event including some of the top programs in women’s college soccer.  We salute our friends at St. Louis CITY SC for bringing the Big Ten Tournament to our region and the wonderful gem that is CITYPARK, and we hope this is the first of many future Big Ten hosting opportunities as we grow our relationship with the conference.”

With the addition of Oregon, UCLA, USC and Washington in August, this year’s tournament shifts to a 10-team format with the top 10 teams in the Big Ten regular season standings advancing to the postseason tournament.  The first round and quarterfinals are scheduled for Oct. 31 and Nov. 3 at the University of Minnesota.  Teams advancing from the quarterfinal round will meet in St. Louis for semifinal matches on Thursday, Nov. 7.

Tickets for the Big Ten Women’s Soccer Tournament matches played at CITYPARK are available now via SeatGeek.  You can purchase tickets for semifinal matches on November 7 here and tickets for the championship match on Nov. 10 here.

This will mark the sixth time since the debut of Big Ten women’s soccer in 1994 that the conference tournament will be played off campus.
