ST. LOUIS’ BIGGEST OFFICE PARTY
The Biz Dash 5K returns to Ballpark Village on Thursday, August 31, 2017! Promote health and wellness in the workplace while building team camaraderie – or just use it as an excuse to head outside for a fun night with friends and colleagues after work. You can be a lunchroom legend in your office by beating that industry rival across town. Or, this may even be your opportunity to show the boss who’s really in charge by crossing the finish line first. All levels of runners and walkers are encouraged to participate for their “Company Team.” If your business isn’t participating, you can still register as an individual and enjoy this one-of-a-kind event. Participants will receive cool event swag, complimentary drink tickets and access to the tailgate party at Ballpark Village. Come join us for this memorable evening of friendly competition and networking.
2017 LARGEST TEAM LEADERBOARD
It was a tight race for the largest company team… Congratulations to World Wide Technology for taking the title! We look forward to seeing all the teams at the Biz Dash!
Ranking as of August 26, 2017.
World Wide Technology Team Village
The World Wide Technology Team Village is the place where companies, their employees and clients can enjoy pre-race and post-race festivities. Located in Ballpark Village’s parking lot right next to the Busch II Infield, it is a great spot for your team to meet prior to the race as well as the place to be for the after party.
Company Teams can pre-order food to be delivered to their tailgate tent space and there will also be food and drinks served à la carte. Participants can play cornhole, listen to live music provided by Dance Floor Riot and view their scores as they finish on the big LED screen. Be sure to stick around for the awards ceremony following! Learn more >
Our Twist on the Corporate Run
Produced by the St. Louis Sports Commission, the Biz Dash 5K brings St. Louis businesses and their employees together to celebrate our community, build team camaraderie and promote a healthy, active lifestyle. While the main focus is the 5K (3.1 mi) run, the event also includes a tailgate party where participants have the chance to enjoy themselves, mingle with other groups and receive recognition for their contributions, race times, and company t-shirt designs. With live music, food, drinks and fun, it’s “St. Louis’ Biggest Office Party.”
Any business in the community including corporations, small businesses, start-ups and everything in between is invited to participate. It’s a great opportunity to get outside, have some fun with your colleagues, and compete against other businesses in your industry. Nothing says team bonding like a little friendly competition, right? Think of it as a Thursday night happy hour, a networking opportunity or just a fun activity to do on a week night in Downtown St. Louis.
The Biz Dash is St. Louis’ version of the corporate run that has become widely popular in many cities across the country. The heart of the event is to bring our community together and promote a healthy lifestyle. Studies have shown that the healthier (and happier) the employee, the more productive they are in the workplace thereby attributing to a higher achieving organization. The Biz Dash is all about inclusion, so every level of runner or walker is encouraged to participate. It is going to be an event you don’t want to miss!
“It’s events like these that really create a terrific bond”
– Dave Estes, VP Human Resources, Maritz
